Canon PowerShot G9 Review

The Canon PowerShot G9 is a somewhat retro looking digital camera that is packed with features. It’s actually very similar to the previous PowerShot G7 except a few minor changes. The exterior of the camera is nearly identical except for some improvements like the larger LCD screen and a new black casing. The biggest improvement over the PowerShot G7 overall is the upgrade to 12 megapixels from 10 and raw format support. The PowerShot G9 is well-built and easy to hold. It’s a nice compact size but not so compact that its awkward to grip. The menu structure and settings are easy to navigate, a great feature of Canon digital cameras.
